SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

For any shipping to the UK, a small additional shipping flat fee will be charged according to the type of product you purchase.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times from Down Under vary and depending on your location we recommend allowing 3-12 business days to receive your order.

During peak periods such as Christmas, there may be longer delivery times and we recommend allowing an additional 3-5 business days to avoid disappointment.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER

We aim to send out your order as soon as we can so changes may not always be possible. If you have made an error with your shipping address or would like to update your order, please contact us as soon as you can and we will be happy to help.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED

If you have not received your order within the advised shipping times above, your parcel is damaged or you have another concern, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship outside Australia, Europe and the USA. For availability in your country, review our stockists page or join our email list to find out when international shipping becomes available in your country.
