OVERVIEW
This page is operated by Goldfield & Banks Australia. Throughout the page, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Goldfield & Banks Australia. By adding a complimentary sample or other promotional item (“Gift”) to your cart, or by accepting a Gift packed with your order, you agree to be bound by these Gift With Purchase Terms and Conditions (“Gift Terms”). These Gift Terms sit beside, and do not replace, our main Terms of Service and all other store policies.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY

  1. Gift offers apply to retail purchases completed on goldfieldandbanks.com or any regional sub-site that we operate.

  2. Each qualifying order may receive one Gift bundle unless the promotion states otherwise.

  3. Minimum spend or other entry rules will appear wherever the promotion is advertised. Orders that do not meet those rules at checkout do not qualify.

  4. Gifts cannot be added to an order once that order has been submitted.


SECTION 2 - HOW TO CLAIM

  1. When a Gift promotion is active, add the advertised Gift items to your cart before proceeding to checkout. Those items will display at $0 during checkout.

  2. If the Gift is not listed on your final order confirmation email it was not secured. Our fulfilment team may place a substitute in your parcel, yet this is not guaranteed.

  3. Gifts are offered while stock lasts. If your chosen Gift is unavailable at the time of dispatch, we may replace it with an item of equal or higher retail value, or omit it, without prior notice.


SECTION 3 - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  1. Gifts have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited.

  2. If you return any part of a qualifying order and that return means the order no longer meets the promotion rules, you must also return the Gift in unused, resalable condition. As per our return policy, returns without the unused Gift cannot be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Faulty Gifts will be replaced only where stock is on hand.


SECTION 4 - LIMITS AND RESTRICTIONS

  1. Gift promotions cannot be used with other discount codes or offers unless stated in writing.

  2. Gifts are not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that, in our view, attempt to exploit a promotion.

  3. Wholesale, corporate and distributor orders do not qualify.

  4. We may vary or withdraw a Gift promotion at any time without notice.


SECTION 5 - LIABILITY

Except as provided under Australian Consumer Law, we accept no responsibility for any loss, delay or damage that arises from your use of a Gift.


SECTION 6 - PRIVACY

Any personal data gathered in connection with a Gift promotion is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.


SECTION 7 - CHANGES TO THESE GIFT TERMS

The version of these Gift Terms published on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order. We may update this page at any time.
