Information on how to enter and details of the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.

The promotion starts on November 7th, 2025 and closes on November 14th, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

How to Enter

To enter the Goldfield & Banks Mystery Box Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:

1. Subscribe to the Goldfield & Banks email newsletter;

2. Subscribe to the Goldfield & Banks SMS list;

3. Bonus entries are available by completing any of the following actions:

   • Following @goldfield_and_banks on Instagram

   • Tagging one or more friends in the official giveaway post (each tag counts as an extra entry)

   • Liking the official giveaway post on Instagram

There is no purchase necessary. Participants may gain multiple bonus entries by tagging additional friends.

Eligibility

This promotion is open worldwide to participants aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Goldfield & Banks, its affiliates, distributors, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random by Goldfield & Banks after the promotion period ends. The winner will receive one prize package consisting of 12 Goldfield & Banks Mystery Boxes, each delivered monthly for 12 months.

Prize Details

The total prize value is over 6,000, including a curated selection of:

• Full-size fragrances

• Gift sets and deluxe minis

• Early releases and exclusive products

• Limited-edition and unreleased scents

Each Mystery Box will be shipped monthly to the winner’s nominated address, beginning the month following the winner announcement.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If any item is unavailable, Goldfield & Banks reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

Winner Notification

The winner will be announced on Goldfield & Banks’ official Instagram page and newsletter and will be contacted directly via email.
The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to confirm eligibility and provide delivery details. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize Delivery

Mystery Boxes will be shipped monthly from Goldfield & Banks’ headquarters. The promoter will not be responsible for delays or issues caused by customs or postal services in the winner’s country.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights under applicable consumer laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldfield & Banks is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.

Entry Verification

Goldfield & Banks reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

Technical Issues

Goldfield & Banks is not responsible for technical issues, network failures, or lost, late, corrupted, or misdirected entries. Entries are deemed received once recorded in the promotional database.

If the promotion cannot run as planned due to unforeseen circumstances (including technical failures, fraud, or tampering), Goldfield & Banks may cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at its discretion, subject to any legal requirements.
